Fire-Rated Cleanroom Doors
Victor’s Fire-Rated Doors for Cleanrooms offer critical fire protection without compromising cleanroom performance. Designed to resist fire for 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes (FD30, FD60, FD90, FD120), these doors are certified under international standards like BS 476 Part 22, EN 1634-1, and NFPA 252. Constructed using galvanized or stainless steel with rock wool, ceramic, or honeycomb infill, these doors maintain air-tightness and sterility in high-risk zones. Available in both solid and glazed versions, they come in Red Powder Coated or Stainless Steel (SS) finishes. Flush-mounted fire-rated glass ensures visibility with compliance. Fire-rated hinges, automatic door closers, and intumescent seals help prevent fire and smoke spread while maintaining pressurization. They’re ideal for pharmaceutical units, cleanroom corridors, and critical containment zones where fire protection and hygiene coexist. The door thickness typically ranges from 45mm to 60mm and integrates seamlessly with partition walls. Flush vision panels with ceramic or wire glass are optional. Designed for performance, these doors withstand high temperatures while ensuring particle control. Interlocking options also available for added safety and containment.
